I had a customer call after she had discovered that a rubber washing machine had blown apart. Fortunately she was able to shut the water off to the house immediately and the water damage was minimal. Lesson learned: 1. Replace rubber hoses with stainless steel braided hoses that won't burst. 2. Know where the main water shut-off valve is to the house.Questions or comments?
